How We Protect Your Account Under These Terms

Account verification

When you withdraw funds, we verify your identity and payment method match your registration details. This step protects you from unauthorized access and fraud. If verification fails, our support team will contact you directly via the email on your account.

Data retention

We keep your account history, deposits and withdrawal records for the duration of your active account plus two years after closure for regulatory compliance. You can request deletion of non-essential personal data at any time through your account settings.

Device access rules

You can access your account from mobile, desktop and tablet. If we detect login from an unusual location or device, we may ask you to verify your identity via email or SMS to your registered number.

Payment partner agreements

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are processed by licensed payment providers who comply with Indonesian financial regulations. Super dewa does not store your payment credentials directly.

Dispute resolution

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or a withdrawal failed, log a support ticket with the date, amount and payment method. Our team investigates within 48 hours and escalates to our payment partner if needed.

Policy updates

If we update these terms, we will notify you via in-app message and email at least seven days before the change takes effect. You can review the updated terms in your account or on this page.

Common Questions About Our Terms

Go to Settings > Account Management > Close Account. We will process your request within 24 hours. Any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. After closure, you cannot reopen the same account; you must contact support to discuss eligibility for a new account.

You can update your email, phone number and password from Settings > Account Details at any time. Changes to your name, date of birth or ID number require identity re-verification. Contact [email protected] if you need help with this process.

Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS; bank transfer minimum is Rp 100,000. We do not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. Maximum withdrawal per day is Rp 50,000,000; multi-day requests are allowed.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically appear in your account within 60 seconds after confirmation. Bank transfers clear within 1–3 business hours. Withdrawals are verified within 24 hours and sent to your payment method; actual receipt depends on your bank's processing time.

Each person may hold only one active account. Sharing your account credentials, allowing someone else to play on your account, or operating multiple accounts breaches our terms. Violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. We detect multi-accounting through payment methods, device data and login patterns.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Account & Terms > Download My Data. You can request a full export of your personal information, login history, deposits, withdrawals and game activity. The file will be emailed to you within 48 hours in standard format.

Access depends on local law and your jurisdiction. Super dewa is available to players in most Indonesian regions where local law permits online gaming. If access is restricted in your area, the login page will show a notice. Contact support if you have questions about eligibility where you live.
